This website

No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not essential, not analytical, not advertising.

No analytics. We run no analytics package, no tag manager, no session recording, no heatmapping, and no advertising pixels. We do not know who visits this site or what they read.

No third-party requests. The site loads no external fonts, scripts, embeds, or images. Everything served comes from this domain.

No contact form. Every contact route opens your own email client. Nothing you type is transmitted through this website and no form processor receives it.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which as hosting provider records standard technical request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for delivery and security. We do not use these logs to build profiles and we do not combine them with anything else. These logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule and are not exported to us for analysis.

When you email us

We receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, any telephone number you include, and the content of your message.

What we do with it. Answer you. Where your message concerns a project we are engaged on, log the substance of your question or complaint in that engagement's record so that it is tracked and reported. Nothing else.

What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use it for marketing. We do not disclose it to our client except as described below.

Email is not secure. Please do not send confidential site information, and do not send us anything you would not want read by someone other than the intended recipient.

Participant information in an engagement

This is the part that matters most, because it concerns people who did not choose to be near a project.

Minimum collection. To answer a question we need a way to reach you. We do not ask for anything else, and you do not have to give a name to ask a question in a public meeting.

Public registers carry substance, not identity. A published question-and-answer register records the question and the answer. It does not record the name, address, or contact details of the person who asked, unless that person asks to be named. A published complaint log records the issue and its status, not the complainant.

What our client sees. Clients receive the substance of questions, objections, and complaints, because that is the point. Clients do not receive lists of participants, contact details, or attendance records, and we do not compile them for that purpose.

No surveillance, scoring, or profiling. We do not build opposition-research files on residents, monitor individuals' social media, maintain lists of opponents, or rank people by their likelihood of objecting. This is a standard we publish and can be held to.See the standards.

Retention. Participant information is kept for the duration of the engagement and any reporting obligation attached to it, then deleted. Where an engagement carries a defined reporting period, that period governs; where it does not, we delete within twelve months of the engagement ending. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will tell you if any obligation prevents it.

Meetings. Where a public meeting is recorded or photographed, that is announced at the start and before recording begins, with an alternative available for anyone who does not wish to appear.

Disclosure, your rights, and contact

When we disclose. Where you ask us to; where required by law, court order, or a valid public-records obligation; and to a professional adviser bound by confidentiality. Note that correspondence with public officials may itself be a public record under Georgia law and outside our control.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. We will respond. Where deletion would conflict with a reporting obligation in an active engagement, we will tell you which obligation and when it ends.

Children. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes. Material changes to this policy will be dated and the previous version noted, rather than silently replaced.
